It is everyone's responsibility - from managers to front-line employees, to make our operations safe. All employees must understand and practice the established rules of conduct. They are required to follow safety procedures as trained, report potential hazards, promote safe operations and ensure all reasonable steps within their control are taken to prevent loss.
